Round 1 - Quiz Round

20 questions; mix of MCQs and one-word answers. The portal will be open for 24 hours. Time limit will be 30 minutes. (It will be an eliminatory round comprising of 20 questions and a time limit of 30 minutes. Questions will be a mix of MCQs and fill in the blanks pertaining to the HR domain.)

Round 2 - Online Case Analysis

A small case will be shared with the teams. Their solution will be received in video or presentation format. A week will be given as time. (Selected teams will have to submit the solution for the case study given, within 48 hours of the case being revealed. Teams will be evaluated based on HR theoretical concepts, their application and their ability to justify the solution. The submission has to be made in the form of a PowerPoint Presentation consisting of a maximum of 5 slides)

Round 3 - Offline HR Bingo

Shortlisted teams will be called on campus to participate in an innovative game which tests HR knowledge and application skills. Teams will be given identical sheets with HR terms on them. A scenario will be displayed and they will have to correctly identify what concept was applied, within the time limit. If they get it right, they will get to mark their sheet and progress. First four teams to get bingo will move towards the next round.

Round 4 - On-Camplus Debate

(There will be two rounds of debates. For the first round, teams will be given their respective topics and positions before-hand. The winners of the first round will progress to the final round where they will be given a topic on the spot. Judges will be grading the teams based on their knowledge and ability to convey.)

1. Only teams that advance through the preliminary rounds are allowed to participate in the event.
2. Participation is limited to teams of two members, both from the same institute.
3. Institutes can have multiple teams registered for the event.
4. A participant is strictly prohibited from being part of more than one team.
5. participants must be dressed in formal business attire during the on-campus rounds.
6. Each round will have its own set of rules, which will be shared with participants before the round begins.
7. Teams are expected to strictly adhere to the timings and instructions provided for each round.
8. The use of mobile phones during event rounds is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the organizers.
9. Teams found engaging in unfair practices such as unauthorized use of mobile phones or the internet will face immediate disqualification.
10. Teams must bring their own essentials, including: Laptops, Internet dongles, USB/flash drives, Calculators.
11. Each participant must carry: A valid institutional ID or a bonafide certificate signed by the Director, A Government-issued photo ID (e.g; Aadhar Card, Passport or Driving License).
12. The decisions made by the event judges and the Organizing Committee will be considered final and non-negotiable.
